THE FLICKA FOUNDATION DONKEY SANCTUARY, Cornwall, rescues donkeys from situations of abuse, neglect and abandonment and allows them to live out their lives in a safe, peaceful environment. Flicka has just rescued a small herd of donkeys who have experienced extreme suffering, cruelty and neglect. The cost of their care and rehabilitation will run into the thousands but they are guaranteed a safe haven to live out the rest of their natural lives at Flicka. We wish them all well.

THE SANCTUARY ANGELS sent £300, as part of their Spring Appeal 2021, to FFDS to contribute to the vet bills and care of the herd of abused donkeys that they recently rescued. FFDS said: ""That is just wonderful Amanda – thank you and The Sanctuary Angels so very much. You really are all angels for the animals. You guys are the best and we are so grateful for everything you do for the donkeys and all the other wonderful sanctuaries... It means everything to the animals."
