PARODI'S CAT REFUGE is run by Sheila Rawden, an incredible English woman who rescues and supports the many unwanted and stray cats in Parodi Ligure, Italy. Sheila provides food and basic medical care for over 100 refuge and village cats, some with special needs, who rely on her for their survival. Sheila also runs a neutering campaign to reduce the number of unwanted cats in the area.
