THE SANCTUARY ANGELS sent £300 to KACPAW, Sri Lanka (Facebook: @kacpawsrilanka / Website: www.kacpaw.org). KACPAW, run by Champa Fernando, works towards rabies eradication through humanely controlling dog populations. Since 1998 they have sterilized around 1,000 dogs per year. They offer free sterilizations to any dog/cat owner and conduct regular spay clinics at which they sterilize community and ownerless dogs.
